We ship internationally because we believe everyone around the world deserves a Calisto piece in their life.
We try our best to ship out your special pieces within 48 hours of the receipt of your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Your order will be shipped pending order volume. We advise you to please make sure that your shipping information is 100% correct as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your package has been delivered to stated shipping address.
Engravings can take up to two weeks to complete, before being shipped. Made to order pieces: our designer needs to handcraft this special piece for you once you have placed your order. We are working as fast as we can to handcraft your special pieces, so please allow for the made to order wait time stated on the product page.
